My experience with Rocket Doctor was great! It's a very convenient and quick process to make an appointment. Within 30min of teaching out for an appointment I was connected with a friendly doctor. This program is a wonderful idea for those of us that get anxious at doctor's offices. Thank you and I will definitely use you again. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Rocket Doctor (and my first time using an online medical service), so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I was pleasantly surprised. Ease: Booking the appointment online was quick and straightforward. I had an appointment within 24 hours at a time that was convenient for me. Communication: The texts and emails I received walked me through the process step by step, which made everything simple and stress-free. Respect & Professionalism: Both the patient care coordinator and the doctor were respectful of my time. The doctor joined the appointment right on schedule, didn’t rush me, and took a thorough and thoughtful approach to my concerns. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. And would definitely recommend the service.

I really appreciate this service! I got an appointment the same day, within a few hours of requesting one. The Dr was very kind, friendly, thorough & down to earth. I got the requisition I needed within minutes of hanging up. The doctor was on time, and looked like he was taking time out of his day at home to meet me. I'm very grateful for the doctors & this platform. My husband has used it before too & it always been quick & just what we needed when we have been unable to see our family doctor.

Getting a doctor right now in Ontario feels impossible. Rocket Doctor has been a life saver! The service is quick, professional, so easy to navigate, but most of all it's a service with medical professionals looking to hear your story and help you the best they can. Rocket Doctor made getting medical care feel surprisingly easy. With walk-in clinics disappearing or packed to the brim, having a virtual option like this feels like a breath of fresh air. Booking took only a moment, my appointment started right on time, and the doctor was patient, attentive, and never rushed. I got clear guidance, a follow-up plan, and my prescription arrived right away. The whole visit felt just as thorough as an in-person appointment, only far more convenient. I’d gladly use their service again.

It was one of the better choices I’ve made to contact Rocket Doctor. It is really great to work with Dr. Griffiths and the Rocket Doctor client care. Dr. Griffiths is very considerate of my personal struggles with mental health. His commitment to the right direction for me is unwavering and considerate. This process was easy and without the stress of not having a family doctor, and I would highly prefer this over another walk-in doctor. Again, I’m very grateful to have come across Rocket Doctor. I recently used this service for the first time. I live in BC and have a doctor but wait times for appointments are very long. I called Rocket Doctor and had an appointment in less than an hour. It was extremely easy to use… I sent them some photos and they called back promptly. The doctor I spoke with was knowledgeable and personable. They forwarded a prescription to my local pharmacy right away. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I felt completely lost and unsupported when I learned I had developed a prescription-related injury from benzodiazepines. I never abused them. I took them exactly as prescribed, yet I still became dependent. When I found Rocket Doctor, everything changed. I began working with an exceptional physician, Dr. Varghese, who has been supporting me closely since March 2025. He is understanding, patient, and genuinely compassionate. He listens carefully, takes my concerns seriously, and follows a patient-led approach that makes me feel heard and respected. He always takes the time to explain things clearly, and whenever I need an appointment, I have never had difficulty getting one. Dr. Varghese has been a steady source of support throughout this difficult journey of tapering off benzodiazepines. I have never met a doctor as devoted and caring as he is. He is extremely knowledgeable, treats me as an individual who deserves proper care, and consistently helps ease my fears about the process. My prescriptions are always handled smoothly, and he has even taken the time to personally call my pharmacy, which is something I have never experienced from any doctor before. In addition, the administrative staff respond quickly to emails, and I receive weekly check-ins from a nurse every Monday to see how I am doing and whether I need an earlier appointment. This level of support has been truly remarkable. I can honestly say I have never felt this supported by any medical provider in my life. I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Varghese and Rocket Doctor during such a terrifying and challenging time. At 48 years old, I can confidently say I have never encountered a doctor or healthcare team that cares so deeply about their patients. Rocket Doctor is an outstanding healthcare provider that truly cares about their patients, and I feel truly blessed not to be facing this journey alone.

I had no idea this was available and I'm so glad I tried it. My daughter doesn't have a doctor and we needed to speak to one so I booked an appt. It was easy and we got an appt quickly. The doctor called at the time scheduled and he was very easy to talk to, took the time we needed and helped us solve our medical query. We then requested a follow-up with some questions which was again promptly scheduled and dealt with. Both doctors I spoke with were kind, pleasant, and helpful! I will def use this service again and would recommend to anyone who doesn't have a family doctor.
